INGREDIENTS Chicken Marination 2 lbs. boneless chicken 2 tbsp Yogurt 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp Lemon juice 3 tbsp Olive oil Salt to taste 1 tbsp Red chili powder or to taste 2 tbsp Cumin powder 2 tsp Coriander powder 2 tsp Black pepper 2 tsp Paprika Cardamom powder a pinch 1 tbsp
Blend well, marinate the chicken and leave it for 3-4 hours.
Fry each side for 5 to 6 minutes, or until done, in oil in a pan.
Let it cool down after it’s finished.

Add the oil, yeast, salt, sugar, and flour to a large mixing bowl to make pita bread.Combine all of the ingredients.
