What exactly is TANDOORI CHICKEN?
A well-liked recipe for marinated chicken that is typically cooked in a tandoor or clay oven is known as tandoori chicken. After being marinated in yogurt, spices, and lemon juice, the chicken is cooked to chargrilled perfection over high heat.It is a delicacy that comes from the Indian subcontinent.
Why It Works in a Different Way:The addition of tandoori chicken chunks to this pizza gives it a whole new flavor profile.Give this flavor a shot if you’re tired of the same old pepperoni or margherita pizza!
Dough that Cannot Be Mistaken:This recipe for pizza dough has been my go-to for years, and it never fails to deliver!

Bake:Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown, in an oven that has been preheated.
RECIPE TIPS If you are making the pizza dough from scratch, I highly recommend that the yeast be proofed before being added to the dough. This guarantees that your yeast is enacted and this way when you add it to the batter combination, you realize that the mixture will rise.
The tandoori chicken can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for three to four days.
Because pre-shredded cheese contains stabilizers, it does not melt easily, so I recommend grating it fresh yourself.

This recipe for pizza dough makes enough dough for two pizzas. You can simply divide the dough into two balls and cover them tightly with cling film once it is ready.Refrigerate for up to one month.

Whisk the warm water, yeast and granulated sugar together in a bowl.Cover and allow to stand for roughly five minutes.Yeast that has been properly activated appears foamy and has completely dissolved in water. The oven should also be preheated to 150 degrees Fahrenheit (66 degrees Celsius), and once it has reached that temperature, it should be turned off.
If you are kneading the dough by hand, you can use any bowl with olive oil, salt, and flour. After that, add the yeast and beat for about two minutes on low speed.Until a cohesive dough ball has formed, continue kneading the dough on medium speed for at least 7-8 minutes.Add 1 tablespoon of flour at a time if the dough appears too sticky. However, don’t add too much flour at once.If your dough bounces back slowly when you poke it with a finger, it is ready to rise.
Transfer the dough to a large bowl that has been lightly greased.Use your hands to roll it around so that the dough is completely covered in oil.Cover, place in the preheated oven (which is now turned off), and leave the oven door slightly open. The dough will rise for 60 to 90 minutes.
